Cacao ceremony with meditation & Healing

We begin the day with a magical cacao ceremony. Cacao is known as a plant medicine that opens the heart and helps you connect deeply with your emotions. During the ceremony, we will guide you through a profound meditation and a powerful healing session to release what no longer serves you and make space for new energy and insights.

Delicious Lunch

After the healing ceremony in the morning, we treat you to a delicious, nourishing lunch. All dishes are lovingly prepared and designed to support your body and maintain your energy levels.

Creative Expression on Canvas

The afternoon is dedicated to expressing the insights and emotions you gained during the ceremony through painting. You will have the opportunity to bring your intuitive images and feelings to life on canvas. No experience is needed – it’s all about the creative flow and expressing your inner world.

Atelier Ellen

Atelier Ellen stands for creative freedom and expression. Ellen guides participants through intuitive art, where you can get to know and express yourself on a deeper level. Her workshops are about letting go of perfection and finding joy in creation. Ellen has years of experience in guiding people to express their emotions and insights through art.

Body & Mind Massage

Body & Mind Massage, led by Danielle, focuses on holistic healing and relaxation. Danielle is an expert in creating space for deep relaxation and emotional release. Through her work with cacao, she helps people open their hearts and connect with their inner selves. Her cacao ceremonies are carefully designed to support emotional and spiritual growth.

Small group

During the Lichter Leven Retreat, we work with a small, intimate group of maximum 8 people. This ensures that we can give each participant personal attention and that everyone has the space for profound experiences, both during the cacao ceremony and the creative workshop.

Contraindications for the Cacao Ceremony

Cacao is a powerful heart opener and plant medicine, but there are some situations where caution is advised, such as pregnancy, use of certain medications or heart problems.
